Senior Field Application Engineer - Industrial and IoT MCU

Job Description

Responsibilities：

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution partners to drive adoption of NXP MCU and wireless connectivity solutions, including Arm Cortex-M–based microcontrollers and other product portfolios.
• Provide technical support to customers throughout the product development cycle, including hardware design, software development, system integration, and application optimization.
• Assist customers in developing solutions for industrial automation, home appliances, motor control, IoT, secure connectivity, and automotive applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and quality issues during product development, production ramp-up, and mass-production phases.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers accelerate development and successfully bring products to market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Microelectronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of hardware design, embedded systems, and MCU-based application development.
• Experience with RTOS, USB, CAN, Ethernet, and wireless technologies such as Zigbee, BLE, or Wi-Fi is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals and Edge AI deployment on embedded platforms, including model optimization and inference, is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
