ENGINEERING SERVICES PC BOARD DESIGN

Job Description

• Responsible for supplier technical evaluation, qualification, and development activities.
• Provide technical expertise during supplier selection.
• Drive supplier capability improvements.
• Support quality and reliability initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure suppliers meet business and engineering requirements.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications, or a related field
• Familiar with the full hardware development process (Design → Verification → Validation)
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • High-speed signal design (Signal Integrity)
  • Power design (Power Integrity / PMIC)
  • PCB layout and SI/PI analysis
  • Semiconductor testing or ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) architecture
• Proficient with related design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, Allegro, ADS, HFSS)
• Strong hardware debugging and issue analysis skills
• System integration experience is a plus
• Intermediate or above proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment
• Experience in Semiconductor Packaging and Testing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good teamwork and cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
