Senior Software Infrastructure Development and Architecture Engineer

Our Networking System Product Engineering team is looking for an excellent Software Engineer. The position combines design and hands-on infrastructure development, implementing and maintenance of sophisticated tools that improves development workflow and overall productivity. The System Product Engineering team provides stable, efficient, and smoothly running production tests, to enable high availability, while ensuring the quality of the products being shipped to customers. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Design, maintain and enhance our new Python based framework and more

• Provide Architecture level solutions to the production testing team 

• Develop diagnostic tools to improve the debug capabilities and failure analysis of the production testing teams 

• Develop CI/CD automations 

• Investigate and resolve technical issues 

What we need to see: 

• BSc/MSc or equivalent engineering degree

• 5+ years of related experience in software development and design 

• 3+ years of proven experience in Python development 

• Excellent knowledge of a version control system (preferably GIT)  

• Good knowledge of Python and Bash 

• Frontend and backend development

• Linux based development

• Experience with bringing up of large scale automation solutions to large software teams

• Self-motivation and a great teammate 

Ways to stand out from the crowd: 

• Experience with React or Angular

• Background with SQL and no SQL DBs

• Experience with Cloud development, either Azure or AWS

• Experience in development and integration on top of Hardware
