There isn't an off-the-shelf platform which stands up to this challenge, so we are building our own. 

 

What you'll be doing: 

We are looking for expert Automotive Driving SW Engineer based in Shanghai whose talents include understand the "big picture" as well as the details. The person will work closely with external and internal software groups to develop and integrate software and systems that will pull together diverse SW components as the platform of advanced autonomous driving platforms.  

  • You regularly will be engaged with best-in-class Autonomous Driving customers to provide customize product features, technical support and pursue system issues. 

  • Supply to software for AI computing platform based on NVIDIA Tegra processors. 

  • Be part of an internationally distributed team with remote locations in US, Europe and APAC. 

What we need to see: 

  • Have a BS or MS in EE/CS or closely related field (or additional equivalent experience) with 5+ year of significant work and product experience. 

  • Strong background in the design, testing and application of automotive active safety products. 

  • Have a deep understanding about AUTOSAR Architecture based software development, FreeRTOS and programming languages in C++ and C 

  • Strong Knowledge of software development tool chain, process and test methods 

  • Strong Knowledge of CAN, CAN-FD, UDS, Ethernet, DoIP, SOMEIP, SPI, I2C and other MCU peripherals 

  • Experience in programming of microcontrollers like Infineon Aurix series, Renesas RH850 series, and ARM R52 series 

  • Familiar with memory, EEPROM management and IPC 

  • Have ability to debug at board and chip level and appropriate probing hardware

  • Good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization. 

  • You have experience with Automotive SPICE and/or ISO26262 standard will help you to ramp up quickly in our exciting autonomous driving customer projects. 

  • Prior experience working in the following areas: ADAS and Self-Driving-Cars.
