Develop scripts and tools to support test automation, data collection, and test equipment performance analysis.
Design and execute DOE studies to resolve engineering issues in the production environment and improve yield, stability, and throughput.
Build and maintain process documentation and work instructions, and drive knowledge transfer from NPI into mass production teams to ensure smooth scaling and repeatability.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of proven experience in a semiconductor testing and/or electronic manufacturing environment.
Strong capability in test automation, including automated test flows, scripting, and infrastructure to support high‑volume production testing.
Strong expertise in active thermal control for semiconductor testing applications.
Solid programming background, including Python, Linux shell scripting, and C#.
Hands‑on mechanical knowledge related to test equipment assembly, with the ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
Proficiency in test data analysis and the use of statistical tools to drive continuous improvement.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Strong hands‑on experience in solving complex engineering issues, with a willingness to engage directly in practical, lab‑based tasks.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic production environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as an essential teammate and technical domain expert.
Demonstrated capability to introduce and apply automation and AI in manufacturing task and test workflows to improve efficiency.
