Manager, System Test Engineering

Job Description

• Support a growing team of on-site manufacturing test engineers in diverse locations.
• Refine manufacturing test solutions for System products translating them to methodologies and processes for Datacenter family of products.
• Improve automated diag generation and validation infrastructure.
• Lead and advise a team of engineers to handle multiple product lines, manufacturing sites and software and hardware maturity levels, each with demanding schedules.
• Guide teams in resolving technical problems.

• 6+ years of experience with post silicon validation experience in Board or System products.
• 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects
• BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.
• Python programming and bash scripting experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 253,000 USD.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until May 19, 2026.
