What You Will Be Doing:

• Physical Implementation: Physical design and integration aspects of complex advanced Interposer technologies.

• Meticulous Execution: Taking ownership of assigned technical tasks, managing workflows, and ensuring highly accurate, detail-oriented execution.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working in close interaction with domain experts across Architecture, Front-End, Back-End, and Packaging teams to bring project definitions to life.

• Problem Solving & Automation: Tackling technical challenges in groundbreaking technology nodes and taking an active part in developing our flows and methodologies.

What We Need To See:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.

• Strong academic foundation in VLSI, hardware design, or electrical engineering fundamentals.

• Exceptional attention to detail. You are highly organized and accurate.

• A proactive and independent mindset. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who dives deep into complex technical areas.

• A creative problem-solver and a fantastic teammate.
