We are accelerating enterprise AI efforts and creating innovative Generative AI platforms and applications. The team is looking for candidates to join our team and help us build and support our web applications. You will be responsible for developing both back-end and front-end features of our products, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. You will also collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver user-friendly and innovative solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.

  • Integrate ML models and algorithms into the applications to provide data-driven insights and solutions

  • Build and maintain efficient data pipelines, enabling smooth data flow, transformation, and storage. Implement standard practices for data processing and ensure data integrity and security.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, to deliver integrated and self-service solutions.

  • Collaborate with the cloud team to integrate backend services with cloud platforms (such as AWS, or Azure), optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability and reliability.

  • Solving and debugging issues across the full stack.

  • Optimizing the performance and usability of the web applications.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development and machine learning

  • Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, web technologies, on-prem & cloud platforms, or data pipeline management.

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more of the following frameworks: React, Angular, Vue, or Node.js

  • At least 1 year experience in machine learning using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other libraries and frameworks

  • Knowledge of web development concepts such as RESTful APIs, MVC, etc.

  • Experience with container platforms, such as Nomad, Kubernetes and Docker.

  • Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

  • Develop and implement observability features, such as monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting, for applications and ML models

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Demonstrated experience in architecting and developing complex software systems, preferably in the field of AI or data platforms.

  • Experience with MLOps or LLM Ops.

  • Knowledge of data processing frameworks (e.g. Spark).

  • Experience with UX, backend and frontend development.

The base salary range is 164,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
