Time Type: Full time

Job Description

NVIDIA is looking for a Director of Technical Program Management to lead strategy and implementation for our enterprise platforms. These include employee experience, developer experience, business efficiency, and AI and data foundations. This position provides an outstanding chance to pioneer AI innovation and reshape program management in the AI era. You will head a high-performing TPM team, establish the operating model for delivering large programs, and collaborate with senior IT, engineering, and business leaders with executive-level exposure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND TALENT

  • Build, lead, mentor, and scale a distributed TPM team. Develop and manage managers, setting high standards for ownership, velocity, technical depth, and proactive execution.

  • Define career frameworks, leveling expectations, and hiring strategy for the TPM field within Enterprise & AI. Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

PORTFOLIO STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION

  • Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross-functional enterprise programs. Architect program plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resourcing models with disciplined tracking of achievements, critical metrics, and return on investment.

  • Partner with engineering, product management, and business collaborators to define scope and sequence competing priorities. Proactively surface risks, manage cross-program dependencies, and resolve complex issues.

AI-FIRST PROGRAM OPERATIONS

  • Lead enterprise-wide programs with an AI-first approach. Establish real-time, automated program transparency through dashboards and reporting powered by agentic workflows. Embed automation in intake, planning, risk detection, and reporting to focus leaders on decisions rather than data gathering.

GOVERNANCE, REPORTING, AND EXECUTIVE ENGAGEMENT

  • Establish durable governance structures, including charters, steering committees, and decision rights. Maintain documentation that supports auditability and knowledge transfer.

  • Deliver executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and strategic insights. Nurture positive relationships across internal teams, external vendors, and executive leadership.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND ADOPTION

  • Lead organizational readiness for new technologies and processes. Drive measurable adoption and ensure improvements stick after launch.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  • Define and track metrics that improve execution quality, predictability, and efficiency. Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and embed automation to improve efficiency.

VENDOR STRATEGY AND PARTNERSHIP

  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and contract negotiations. Evaluate, implement, and optimize technology solutions supporting business transformation.

What We Need To See:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

  • 15+ overall years of experience, including 10+ years leading technical programs or teams and 5+ years managing and scaling TPM organizations in complex, matrixed environments.

  • Strong technical depth across large-scale engineering, cloud/data platforms, enterprise efficiency technologies, and AI; including experience delivering AI-enabled software programs and using AI-powered developer tools.

  • Proven ability to drive strategy and execution, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage risk, solve complex problems, and lead organizational change.

  • Customer-focused, data-driven leader with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Experience deploying AI agents and agentic platforms.

  • Expertise in cloud migrations at scale.

  • Ownership of critical production systems and operational excellence.

  • Background in AI/ML systems, deep learning, or large-scale data-driven products.
