The team you will join
Here’s your chance to join a team of 4 analysts with an in-depth knowledge of SQL databases, .NET, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps to name a few.   
Take part in day-to-day systems support activities and contribute to many varied projects, tech initiatives and activities across the organisation.
• Play a key role in future-proofing and modernising our IT infrastructure.
• Become a go-to expert for critical applications, both in-house and customer-facing.
• Collaborate across departments and with third-party partners to enhance and support innovative systems.
Whether you’re already a whizz with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or looking to expand your skill set with on-the-job training, this role offers the chance to grow and shine.

What You’ll Need
• Solid experience with business-critical applications and customer-facing web tools. 
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and ITIL Service Management. 
• A structured approach to onboarding and supporting new services. 
• Proven teamwork and planning skills – flexibility is key!

The role you are applying for is a flexible role, and whilst you will be posted initially to a team, this may require movement between teams as the flow of work dictates. You will of course understand that this flexible approach enables us to provide the best possible service to our registrants and reach the outcomes to our cases quickly and within a reasonable timeframe. This will not change your terms and conditions and will be discussed with you prior to you taking up the post.

Our Pay Policy
It is expected that staff new to the NMC will ordinarily be appointed to the bottom of the relevant pay band. However in exceptional circumstances, it may be possible to offer a salary above the bottom of the relevant pay band but we may request proof of current earnings. Please note that we offer an annual review of salaries and adopt a generous progressive pay approach. Further details of which are available on request.
