The Tools (ITSM, NMS, ITAM)+Automation - L2 Senior Analyst will operate, support, troubleshoot, and improve Tools (ITSM, NMS, ITAM)+Automation services across Working knowledge of tool administration & automation, ensuring stable operations, SLA adherence, and clear stakeholder communication.
• 4+ experience aligned to L2 Senior Analyst responsibility level.
• ITIL-aligned understanding of incident, problem, change, and service request processes.
• Ability to work in shifts and support 24x7 operations where required.
• Own advanced troubleshooting and operational support for Skill 1 - Tool adminstration with automation secondary Skill 2 - Automation with tool administration secondary Skill 3 - DRM Tool support with tool adminstration secondary.
• Handle escalations from L1 and perform RCA for recurring issues.
• Execute approved changes, patching, upgrades, DR drill support, and release coordination.
• Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, known-error records, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors and ensure SLA, security, and audit compliance.
• Hands-on knowledge of Working knowledge of tool administration & automation.
• Primary skill coverage: Skill 1 - Tool adminstration with automation secondary Skill 2 - Automation with tool administration secondary Skill 3 - DRM Tool support with tool adminstration secondary.
• Operational understanding of Tools (ITSM, NMS, ITAM)+Automation administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Clear communication for ticket updates, handovers, and stakeholder coordination.
• Customer-focused approach to service support and issue resolution.
• Ability to prioritize incidents, document clearly, and follow escalation paths.
• Collaboration with infrastructure, application, OEM, and vendor teams.
• Ownership mindset for SLA adherence, follow-ups, and operational hygiene.
