NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Document Analyst to work remotely from San José, Costa Rica with our global client.

Responsibilities:

• Complete projects focused on data structures and algorithms. 
• Experience with algorithms, using data structures to solve problems, and interpreting algorithms and contributing ideas to their development.
• Experience writing and programming code fixes and tools to solve problems in one or more of the following languages: Python, . NET, Java and JavaScript.
• Works with service Desk team to define their Cognitive / AI low-level requirements; able to communicate solution design and product capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Act as a process improvement practitioner by leading efforts to enhance processes and increase effectiveness. 
• Act as a change figure to promote a process/performance improvement culture. 
• Create process and procedure documentation with acceptable levels of detail to benefit the business. 
• Identify improvement projects to eliminate waste, improve processes and improve flow of products and services. 
• Educate and train IT support members in process improvement tools, and techniques. 
• Collect and analyze data from disparate sources including data created through forms or surveys, data obtained through existing systems and data in reports or other areas.

Technologies and Tools

· Education: Bachelor's in computer science or related fields.

· Computing: Python, . NET, Java and JavaScript.

· Systems Management, or company specific platforms.

· Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
