Product Intern

Description 

We are looking for a motivated intern to assist our Product & Growth team in driving initiatives aimed at enhancing product adoption, retention & revenue. This role is centred around driving customer campaigns to increase adoption and impact revenue as a metric.

Key responsibilities 

• Assist in the development and execution of activities & experiments aimed at increasing product usage.
• Set up email workflows, product tours, surveys, tooltips with the help of tools like Intercom, Customer.io to drive customer adoption & engagement.
• Utilize product analytics tools like PostHog to track and analyse user behaviour, product usage patterns (DAU/MAU), and feature level adoption metrics.
• Generate reports and document insights to inform decision-making processes related to product growth initiatives.
• Work with the Tech team to drive experiments based on customer insights derived through data to improve feature adoption/ usage.

Qualifications Required

• 1+ years of experience in product management/ product growth
• Excellent quantitative skills and ability to work with key metrics and data
• Great taste for copy, design and eye for detail. Loves working with designers.
• Not a must, but preferable: familiarity with tools such as customer.io, Intercom, PostHog, Google Analytics, or similar analytics and communication platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Desire to work in a high ownership environment. Thrives in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.
