We are seeking a talented Senior Webflow Designer who excels in crafting delightful user experiences, telling the story of our brand and communicating the value or our product offering. Join our design-driven, agile company where you'll have a hands-on opportunity to make a significant impact across our products, brand, and marketing efforts. 

While Webflow is our current platform, we are looking for a team member that is passionate when designing for the web and wants to take our efforts to the next level. You'll have the autonomy and ownership to blend design and strategy, solving complex user problems.   • Design, create, and help direct compelling, visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, landing pages, and templates that are on brand.
  • Develop and maintain the overall look and feel of the website and landing pages through ongoing work and systems thinking.
  • Translate requirements into design concepts, wireframes, and mockups.
  • Ensuring the website design is responsive and compatible with different devices and browsers.
  • Creating and maintaining a design style guide or pattern library to ensure consistency across different pages and sections of the website.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, content creators, marketers, the design team, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with the overall brand.
  • Contribute to the overall visual language and style of the brand. 
  • Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews to contribute ideas, strategy, and provide input on design projects.
  • You'll work closely with web developers or programmers to bring the design to life.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the design.
  • Staying updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry standards. Especially when it comes to Webflow and emerging technology.
  • Conduct ongoing quality assurance to ensure design elements are implemented correctly and functioning as intended.
  • Ensure the website's accessibility and compliance with web accessibility guidelines.
  • Own design projects and bring them to completion.


Requirements for the Role: 

  • 3+ years of Webflow expertise
    5+ years of web design experience.
  • A portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics in web design projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in web design principles, including brand consistency, layout composition, effective typography usage, and designing with responsive frameworks and design systems in mind.
  • Proficiency in Webflow (our current platform) and familiarity with other CMS tools and their benefits.
  • Strong planning and site mapping skills to help drive strategy and roadmaps.
  • Ability to wireframe effectively to support decision-making and content planning.
  • Strong conceptual, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of content strategy principles, including information architecture, content organization, and content management, to create designs that effectively support content goals.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript and the design / developer handoff process
  • Extensive experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite programs.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to independently manage design projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and meet project deadlines.

Nice to have, but not required: 

  • Experience designing and coding email templates or newsletters for email marketing campaigns
  • Illustration and icon design skills
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with user research and usability testing is a plus.
  • Front-end Development experience to better collaborate with developers.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge, insights, and expertise with colleagues.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the user experience through design iterations.
