Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. More than half of Americans have a chronic condition related to what they eat, and poor nutrition is the number one driver of preventable death.
Nourish is addressing this healthcare crisis by helping people eat better, more easily, with our food as medicine platform. We connect people with a telehealth Registered Dietitian, food, and mobile app to improve their nutrition, all covered by health insurance. The Nourish mobile app provides a comprehensive approach to wellness through personalized visits with Registered Dietitians, medically-tailored meal delivery, health progress tracking, personalized content, meal logging, recipes / meal planning, AI chat, and more.
We launched two years ago and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform. Our patients span a wide range of nutrition-related conditions including diabetes, eating disorders, kidney disease, GI conditions, cancer, obesity / weight management, cardiovascular disease, and more. We are live in all 50 states.
We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised over $44M from top-tier VCs including Index Ventures, Thrive Capital, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, and Box Group, amongst others. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Role
As a Creator Manager on our rapidly scaling team, you'll be responsible for driving the UGC content machine that fuels Nourish’s key growth channels, Meta and TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity to own and execute a UGC-driven growth content strategy that directly impacts our paid growth marketing efforts. This person will report into our Creative Strategy Lead.
This role is full-time and open to NYC or remote candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and Manage UGC Partners for Performance Marketing
- Source and manage ongoing relationships with UGC creators and nano-influencers to support paid social ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Hold external partners to a high standard of creative work in alignment with Nourish brand and creative guidelines
- Manage UGC Paid Social Asset Creation
- Manage end to end UGC content production process from briefing UGC creators to ensuring timely delivery of final assets
- Collaborate with partners to ensure assets meet campaign guidelines, adjusting creative as needed based on performance insights
- Lead Data Driven Creator Strategy and Analysis
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as monthly budgets, creator volume, video hit rate, CPA, and other creative KPIs
- Stay ahead of digital trends and identify opportunities to leverage paid social concepts that convey our value propositions
- Conceptualize and Create Content As Needed
- Conceptualize, shoot, and deliver self-generated content ideas as needed to support the paid social pipeline

We’d love to hear from you if:
- You have 3-5 years of direct experience in influencer marketing, UGC content management, or performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. You have managed outreach, negotiations, and content management to influencers and UGC creators within a performance marketing context.
- You have experience working closely with paid social managers, creative teams, and and external partners to produce high-performing ad creatives. You understand the importance of conversion assets for growth and have a track record of driving partnerships with CPA & ROI goals.
- You have experience running end to end marketing campaigns at a startup by owning creative briefs, marketing calendars, and performance reporting.
- You love working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.
- You’re passionate about food as medicine and nutrition therapy and are excited by Nourish’s mission to improve the lives of millions through food.
