What's the Role?

As a Windows Engineer, your main responsibilities revolve around designing and building solutions that help modernize how we manage Windows-based systems. You will collaborate with teams to address technical issues, analyze system metrics, and troubleshoot failures promptly. Implementation of proactive monitoring and security measures are vital. You will also contribute to system upgrades, provide technical support, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Overall, your role is essential in maintaining efficient and secure Windows environments.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, Build and deliver endpoint domain solutions to a variety of products & services while addressing a variety of technical needs & issues.
• Analyze performance and availability metrics, and derive course of action to remediate issues and failures in coordination with team.
• Take ownership of your work after it's released and quickly address issues as they arise.
• Ask questions to support your own continuous learning.
• Follow team's best practices to bring individual work to production.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• No Previous Experience Required.
• No specific work experience, but coursework, certificate work, or prior job experience provides a foundation of understanding for starting career.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools for system administration tasks (i.e. Powershell, Git)
• Understand scope of work before taking on tasks.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall based delivery.
• Familiarity with Windows Client Operating System Troubleshooting, Deployment, Provisioning. Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows management tools (i.e. SCCM, Intune).
