Associate Business Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of project management experience to further develop their skills and contribute to our organization's success. As an Associate Business Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Support project initiation by gathering and documenting project requirements.

• Lead kick-off and status meetings for the project teams.

• Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring that they are executed according to the project plan.

• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing timely updates to the project team.

• Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination across different project phases.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.

• Support the implementation of project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.

• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
