Role Summary

Responsible for providing direction and strategy for enterprise-wide initiatives for the Transformation function. The Transformation team is focused on multi-year initiatives with a high degree of complexity that impact all portions of the business. The Transformation function leverages deep functional and business expertise to work on large-scale enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.

These projects involve technology change, business process redesigns and operating model reviews/ amendments. These are different from typical client-initiated changes, business changes or existing technology platform upgrades.

Looks across all corporate strategic initiatives to understand how the big picture initiatives link together in a holistic roadmap.

What will you do:

• Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise
• Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities
• Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
• Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required

• Highly flexible and adaptable to change

• Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.
   

Experience:

• Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 15+ years of experience.
