Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall delivery of technology solution and delivery catering to the Finance business functions from India.
• The candidate will primarily play a pivotal role in leading the ORMB team in design, development, configuring and testing of applications to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance business functions. The candidate will lead design, develop, implement and test solutions, and will be responsible for getting them into production with very high quality, completing all test phases.
• Experience in design, configuration and testing of ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) solutions for finance and banking application.
• Along with leading the ORMB team, will also have overall responsibility of managing the other Finance Technology teams that includes General Ledger and Financial Management applications.
• Business domain knowledge in the areas of financial applications, billing, general ledger and accounting practices.
• Provide hands on technology leadership. Responsible for design and architecting the solution.
• Ownership of all deliverables, timelines, budgets.

Primary Skills:

• Has strong 15+ years development and technology experience in various financial applications with solid experience in ORMB,  including experience leading a technology team.
• 3+ years or more experience in implementing, building, testing and/or supporting Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) or other Oracle Utilities Application framework based product like CC&B
• 5+ years strong experience in managing and leading a team and providing mentoring and technical guidance,  working with teams in multiple geographical locations and time zones.
• Strong experience in architecture, solution design and delivery execution across various financial applications.
• Good experience in cloud implementations and moving applications from on-prem to cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Must have proactive and strong communications to work well across teams.
• Practical experience working in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree

Secondary Skills:

• Desired solid understanding of ORMB/CC&B functionalities and data models (Transaction Feed Management, Rules Engine, Billing, Rating, Pricing, GL, Payments, Credit/Collections, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables).
• Represent Finance Technology team in steer and program meetings.
• Provide technical expertise to and partner with other technical delivery teams.
• Help with team vision, roadmap and prioritization
• Leads and manages the team both on technical and professional skills
• Help support & optimize BAU processes.
• Partnership and collaboration across different stakeholders globally.
