Associate Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead who is interested in transitioning into a Technical Project Management role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on software development experience, proven technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business objectives and project requirements.
2. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
3. Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions.
4. Guide and support development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
5. Assist the team in requirement analysis, design, development, and implementation activities.
6. Coordinate project activities, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
7. Support Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
8. Act as a bridge between business, product, data science, and engineering teams.
9. Track project progress, milestones, risks, and blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
10. Mentor and groom team members by enhancing their technical capabilities, communication skills, and overall professional growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience.
• Currently working as a Technical Lead (or recent experience as a Technical Lead).
• Strong technical leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.
• Interest in transitioning into a Technical Project Management career path.
• Experience with .NET or MySQL will be an advantage.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based solutions will be an advantage.
