Bach Degree Required

Needs Understanding of:

- Financial analysis in regards to manufacturing

- General manufacturing and design within the automotive industry

- Knowledge of advanced quality planning tools

- GOOD leadership to provide direction to teams.

- Body Controls

NEEDED OR PREFERRED

- FORD experience

- Body controls

- Electronics experience 

Responsibilities

- Will be responsible in making sure projects meet GDPIM and execute APQP safe launch Plans

- deliver financial commitments by overseeing issues relating to quality and cost.

- Will be responsible for control of the budget, and be able to track financial status and adhering to the program schedule with set customer milestones.

- Be willing and able to work with these teams: Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing, in order to ensure product and development.
