As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will join a cross-functional team dedicated to building seamless software solutions for our customers. You will collaborate effectively with your team to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer needs. You will take full ownership of applications throughout their lifecycle, from design through to operation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain state-of-the-art web applications
• Follow and improve code quality standards
• Perform technical assessments of mockups, wireframes, and architectural designs/specifications to ensure their implementation is feasible within a reasonable timeframe
• Create and review software feature design documents and provide solutions
• Contribute ideas based on knowledge of evolving front-end technologies
• Communicate proactively with team members and clients
• Use, adopt, and improve industry best practices for development processes and tools
• Mentor junior colleagues
• Solve problems, present solutions, and facilitate meetings and visual workshops

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, preferably React
• (Optional) Experience with Java and Scala
• (Optional) Ability to optimize front-end performance
• Experience implementing APIs (REST, GraphQL) on the client and server sides
• Proficiency with cloud platform services (AWS)
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases in a cloud-native environment
• Proficiency with CI/CD, preferably GitLab CI, infrastructure as code, and AWS services
• Knowledge of software architecture principles
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
• Passion for continuous improvement and team collaboration
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Understanding of the social and ethical aspects of software engineering
