Product Owner - Banking

NORRIQ Financial Services, located in Brussels, is helping banks redesign their business and operations to adapt to evolving client’s expectations, technology and regulations.

Based on concrete opportunities at our key client, one of the largest banks in Belgium, we are looking to strengthen our transformation team with experienced product owners in multiple domains, such as Compliance, Lending and Invest.

As an Agile Product Owner, you will support our clients to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog to ensure successful delivery of technology and business initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and user stories.
• Work with development teams to ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Ensure that product releases are delivered on-time and meet user needs.
• Communicate product status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, analyse data, and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure that product features comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure continued success and improvement.

Our Agile Product Owners:

• Have a master degree or assimilated.
• Have experience in Agile methodologies, preferably in the finance/banking industry.
• Have excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Can manage multiple priorities.
• Have experience managing products involving digital and technology solutions.
• Are fluent in English and in Dutch or French, with at least a passive knowledge of the other language.
