Responsibilities will include:

- Advocacy and Leadership: Act as a vocal advocate for customer needs within the company, ensuring that their issues are addressed with clarity and thoroughness. Your role is crucial in aligning internal efforts with customer expectations.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice on data security best practices, risk assessments, and integrations. Your insights will help customers optimize their security posture through our platform.
- Content Development: Contribute to our knowledge base by creating technical content, user guides, and community posts that empower users towards self-service and engage the broader community.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a crucial link between customers and internal teams, bringing urgency and context to all customer interactions to enhance the overall experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles, ideally with a focus on security.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI), SaaS applications (M365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Workday, etc.), data warehouses, or similar technologies. A solid understanding of cloud security best-practices and data security/privacy principles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You set the standard for professionalism and possess a 'make it happen' mentality. You’re flexible, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
