Main Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for a specific zone or floor for all employee questions related to employee experience in the workplace;
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to a team of office managers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment;
- Collaborate with facilities manager in overseeing the management of multiple office zones, ensuring optimal functionality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards;
- Assist in budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities;
- Manage relationships with external vendors;
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement within the office environment;
- Oversee the planning and execution of office events and meetings;
- Partner with facilities manager regarding health and safety regulations management;
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between headquarters and foreign offices;
- Manage assigned projects.

- Organizational Abilities: Maintain in-office procedures and processes of a large organization. Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise in the office environment. Implement effective strategies to improve office processes and workflows.
- Project Management: Plan and oversee office projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments. Remain flexible in handling unexpected challenges.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2480 - 2810 EUR/Month.
