As a Digital Project Manager, you will join our Experience Team, leading digital projects that connect our clients' ambitions with user needs and creative thinking. From the earliest conversations to launch, you will help shape the direction, bring people together, and maintain momentum as ideas evolve into meaningful digital experiences.
Beyond your skills, you are someone who looks out for the people around you and brings positive energy to the team. You create space for others to do their best work and make a difference through the way you collaborate and contribute.
What you will do
Lead digital projects from kick-off to launch
Build trusted client relationships, guide decisions and help them prioritise
Develop and own detailed project plans, project objectives, timelines, and budgets
Identify risks early, manage issues quickly and keep things on track
Create processes and environments for people to succeed and deliver with focus
Contribute with shaping our AI, digital and experience offerings
What we are looking for
Minimum 5 years of digital project management experience, from an agency, consultancy or similar
Experience leading digital products, services, or customer experience projects across several disciplines
A customer-centric mindset and practical experience with Design Thinking or other human-centred approaches
Someone who is confident working with clients, stakeholders and external partners
Someone who communicates with clarity, whether it is a client presentation or a team check-in
Comfortable working autonomously and driving projects forward without needing to be managed
A natural collaborator who knows how to make cross-functional teams work
Experience with or profound interest in AI and how it can be applied to digital solutions
Fluent English is required. Reading, writing and understanding Danish is highly valued
Working in Copenhagen
This role is based in our Copenhagen office, and we expect you to be here most of the time. If you're relocating, we can accommodate a short remote transition period, but the long-term setup is in person. The role and level of seniority will be shaped by your experience and expertise.

We work with ambitious clients, including HTH, The Danish Defence, Gjensidige, NRGi, McDonald's, HBO, Nordea and many others.
