Director, Clinical Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Solution Architect to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, ideally as a registered dietitian, along with a deep understanding of GLP-1 medications. This role will require industry thought leadership, strategic thinking, and best-in-class consultative skills to help us continue our path in becoming the leading global behavior change platform for employers, health plans, and PBMs.

 

In addition to providing clinical expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, client success, product, finance, and legal to improve processes and strategies for enabling increased growth in the commercial market. Key measurement of success in this role is the ability to bring market intelligence and feedback into the organization and to ensure our product roadmap and future direction are aligned with what the market needs, while also supporting the commercial team in direct sales presentations. What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide clinical expertise and support to our customer success team, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
• Interface with large employers, health plans, and represent Noom at industry conferences, effectively communicating our value proposition.
• Work closely with our Chief Medical Officer to integrate clinical insights into our product development and sales strategies.
• Develop and deliver educational materials and training sessions for internal teams on clinical topics related to dietetics, nutrition science, and GLP-1 medications.
• Support marketing initiatives by providing thought leadership, contributing to blog posts, and participating in speaking engagements to showcase Noom's expertise in clinical solutions and healthcare technology.

 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition science.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
• Deep knowledge of GLP-1 medications and their clinical applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $196,000 - $265,000.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
