The Repair Center plays a critical role in ensuring the effective maintenance, refurbishment, and management of defective equipment. The team is responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and validating components to ensure compliance with quality standards before deployment.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting RF testing activities for 4G and 5G technologies. You will collaborate with local and global stakeholders to improve testing efficiency, quality, and reliability, while contributing to troubleshooting, calibration, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for overseeing tester productivity, yield, and false call rate monitoring while ensuring timely resolution of KPI gaps. Support tester maintenance, fine-tuning, changeovers, and NPI/mass production validation activities. Work with RF testers and test instruments, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with local and global teams to resolve troubleshooting and installation issues.
