It is a highly cross-functional role, engaging RF/EM, mechanical/thermal, optical integration, reliability, supplier, and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong materials science and packaging background, hands-on process know-how, and a data-driven approach to reliability-by-design. 

Nokia Bell Labs is seeking an innovative and highly skilled IC Package Design Researcher to join our Integrated Circuits & Microsystems Research Lab (ICMR). In this role, you will shape the next generation of mmWave/THz RF and optical packaging technologies, working at the intersection of materials science, RF, photonics, and manufacturing, with a focus on glass substrates.
