FN CE Technical Lead

Location: Malaysia

The FN Customer Engineering Technical lead takes important role in the FN Customer Engineering team in APAC region to fulfil the support with key ownership for different engineering related activities, including NPI, Solution Architecture and support for APAC regional customer projects, along the stages of entire FN business cycle. Spirit of customer focus, business agility, innovation and problem-solving capability will be highly required.

In this position, he (or she) having the deep knowledge about FN portfolio/technologies will take the responsibility as key technical lead during customer projects. And will co-work and drive with team to achieve delivery target, as well as grow team technical competence and readiness for future technologies with innovations.

It will be also important as the technical lead of FN Customer Engineering team to work closely with multiple working peers not only within APAC CDO organization e.g. counterparts from other APAC customer engineering teams, project management team, but also APAC FN Business Leaders in region and countries, FN product leaders, FN global engineering and TAC/TEC support leaders etc.

Customer Engineering (CE) covers customer engineering service in different areas such as network design / deployment / integration / transformation, solution testing / verification, technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, and technical knowledge transfer. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.
