THE POSITION
As part of our skilled and dedicated Production Engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable supply of high-end laser systems and related technologies for diverse industrial applications.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Mastering and improving existing production processes – including writing SOPs, training, and supporting production technicians.
- Troubleshooting production issues, performing failure analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Analyzing production data to identify and implement improvements in quality and productivity.
- Collaborating with R&D and other departments to bring new products and processes into production.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Building strong relationships and maintaining effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you should have a technical background in one or more of the following areas: optics/photonics, electronics, or production engineering. You have a strong affinity for processes and enjoy enabling others to follow them accurately.
Additionally, you bring:
- Experience with complex technical systems (e.g., optical fibers, free space optics, or electronic test setups).
- A proactive and process-driven mindset.
- A few years of experience from a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- A valid Danish work permit.
You thrive in an environment where technical challenges and deadlines are part of everyday life. You enjoy teamwork – asking for help when needed and supporting colleagues when possible.
