Product Manager
Location: Bengaluru, India
Department: Product
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Location : Whitefield, Bangalore ( 5 days WFO )
We're looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of our Multi-Currency Forex Card — architecting the core systems that power every card swipe, driving the technical integrations with our banking and processing partners, and shaping the experience customers and operations teams interact with every day. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role at the intersection of fintech product, regulatory compliance, and AI-led innovation, working closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and banking/network partners.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage integrations across the card ecosystem (switch, banking, compliance, and payment partners) and own reconciliation workflows across transactions, wallets, and settlement accounts.
● Own the roadmap for our core Forex Host system — transaction decisioning, multi-currency wallets, fee computation, and risk enforcement.
● Embed regulatory guardrails directly into product flows.
● Own the complete customer journey — onboarding, KYC, card activation, and self-serve card management.
● Drive funnel optimization to improve onboarding completion and customer activation rates.
● Own product requirements across multiple distribution channels and manage key bank/network partner relationships.
● Own and define, internal operations and support SOPs to support scale.
● Drive AI-led initiatives.
What We're Looking For
● 2–4 years of product management experience in banks, fintech, payments, or a regulated financial services environment.
● Strong understanding of card infrastructure — payment networks, transaction switching, card management systems, and settlement flows.
● Hands-on experience with API-based third-party integrations — writing specs, coordinating with engineering, and validating integration behavior.
● Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FEMA, LRS, KYC, AML, with the ability to translate requirements into product flows.
● Data-driven approach — comfort with funnel analysis, A/B experimentation, and tools like Clevertap, or equivalent.
● Strong written communication — able to write clear, unambiguous PRDs, API specs, and user stories.
Good to Have
● Prior experience with forex, cross-border payments, or multi-currency products.
● Familiarity with Payment settlement infrastructure or transaction workflows.
● Experience building or conceptualizing LLM-powered product features.
● Understanding of India's LRS/ FEMA framework and RBI’s compliance regulations.
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to own a 0 to 1 product end-to-end — not just a single feature. You'll make product decisions spanning customer experience, backend infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, and bank partnerships. If you thrive in high-ownership, high-complexity environments and want to build deep expertise in payments and cross-border fintech, this role moves at a pace few PM roles can match.
