What you’ll work on

• End-to-End Ownership: You will design product experiences across mobile and web ecosystems, translating complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions.
• Journey Mapping: Architect user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that balance user empathy with technical feasibility.
• Insight-Driven Design: Participate in qualitative and quantitative research to derive insights that directly influence product roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality execution and implementation.
• Evolving Systems: Contribute to and help maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and excellence across every touchpoint.
• Strategic Thinking: Look beyond the screen to understand how design decisions impact business outcomes and long-term user health.

• Foundational Excellence: You are a student or recent graduate in Design, HCI, or a related field with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy.

• Figma Mastery: Proficiency in Figma is essential, including an understanding of advanced workflows like variables, tokens, and auto-layout.
