Senior UI/UX Designer
Location: Ukraine
Department: Ryan: Ryan: Transfer Pricing Team
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to support the design and continuous improvement of a complex enterprise application.
The role involves creating intuitive and consistent user experiences, translating business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and collaborating closely with Product, Business Analysis, and Engineering teams.
The application uses a customer-specific design framework and component library, so the designer will work within established design standards, patterns, and constraints while identifying opportunities to improve usability and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
- Work with a customer-specific design framework and reusable UI components.
- Maintain consistency across existing and new application functionality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support usability improvements based on user and stakeholder feedback.
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of existing design patterns and UX standards.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
- Experience designing web applications, preferably enterprise/B2B products.
- Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Experience working with existing design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to simplify complex business workflows and translate requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces.
- Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
- Able to challenge unclear requirements and explain design decisions.
The role is focused on improving and extending an existing product and design system, rather than creating a new visual language from scratch.
We offer*:
- Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible
- A competitive salary and good compensation package
- Personalized career growth
- Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)
- Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing
- Education reimbursement
- Memorable anniversary presents
- Corporate events and team buildings
- Other location-specific benefits
