Join Nitro's Data Team

The Data Team at Nitro is responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. We are now looking for a Data Scientist Intern to support our team in analysing data, building predictive models, and uncovering trends that inform key decisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Data Scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and insights.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in analysing large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Help build and refine predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Support the creation of data reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong interest in data science, analytics, and machine learning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and data visualization techniques.
