車体基盤技術開発（ガラス）
ガラス基盤技術開発、ガラス先行技術開発、ガラス戦略の策定
＜具体的な業務内容＞
安全性、静粛性、室内での快適性、燃費/電費性能の向上につなげる技術開発
ガラス基盤技術の確立
車両将来像に適したガラス新技術をサプライヤと共同開発
車両設計として必要となるガラスに対する専門知識を有する設計者

車体設計（ガラス）は車両の安全性能や快適性に影響するだけでなくお客様の魅力につながる付加価値を提供することができる重要な役割を果たしており、衝突安全性能/音振性能/空力性能/材料技術など車両性能の多岐にわたる知識を身につけることが可能です。また、デザイン部署、商品企画との関わりが強く商品仕様の決定やデザインに関わる業務を行うことができます。

ガラス担当は上屋車体設計に属している為、ガラスのみではなく車体設計として経験を積むことができ

車体設計エンジニアとしてのキャリアを醸成した後、テクニカルエキスパートやマネジメントポジションに進むことが可能です。

下記いずれかのご経歴の方（TOEIC以外のご経歴）
・ガラスの設計・開発経験
・素材の開発経験
・自動車メーカー・サプライヤーでガラス関係の開発業務経験
・機械工学(材料力学・構造力学)を用いた業務経験
■TOEIC：600点以上
・年収レンジ：月次給（ 参考値 ）
約230,000円～490,000円
※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします
想定年収（ 参考値 ）
約420万円～900万円
・月次給×12か月分+ 賞与（目安値）
・賞与金額は参考値であり、実際の支給時期、金額、支払い条件等については都度決定されます。
