Job Description
＜職務内容＞
①所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション
・次期型車両のパワトレイン冷却と空調システムの設計・開発を担う部署です
・電動化に伴う熱マネジメントシステムの車両適用開発を担当しています
・グローバル全車両を扱います
②具体的な担当業務内容と、自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション
下記の複数業務を一つの部署内で実施しており、いずれか及び複数の業務を担当して頂きます
・熱マネジメントシステム性能計画・開発
・冷暖房システム性能計画・開発
・部品設計レイアウト
・熱マネージメント及び空調を達成する制御仕様決定及び評価
