＜職務内容＞
・新車プロジェクトのシート計画・設計
・次世代シートの先行技術開発
・部品戦略策定及びそれらの開発と車種適用の実行
・現行車プロジェクトの競争力（魅力、品質、コスト）向上の検討

・材料力学、振動学等を衝に、布、革、樹脂、金属等の様々な材料を用いた設計スキル
・各種DATAを活用した協調制御等を用いた機構の開発スキル

要求が多岐に渡り、多くの事を技術で実現する必要がありますが、お客様が直接触れる部品であり、自身の構想がダイレクトに評価をされるので非常にやりがいがあります。

・機械力学・材料力学・材料学の知識を有すること。
・金属または、樹脂製品の構造設計～評価解析の経験がある方
