We are looking for a “Product Manager” to join our team!

As Product Manager, you will lead the Product Team in delivering business objectives, driving market success, and ensuring flawless execution of key product milestones. You will be at the center of strategic decision-making, helping Nissan strengthen its market position, maximize profitability, and deliver outstanding customer value.

• Drive the commercial success of products within your portfolio by maximizing market share, revenue, profitability, and brand perception.
• Lead and execute product strategies and milestone plans aligned with business KPIs and growth objectives.
• Develop and implement successful go-to-market strategies for new model launches.
• Generate innovative product and launch proposals that strengthen Nissan's competitive advantage.
• Monitor competitor pricing, campaigns, and market activities, ensuring high-quality and timely positioning analyses.
• Deliver strategic insights through ad-hoc analyses of industry developments, competitive movements, and market trends.
• Analyze performance indicators and future market dynamics to support data-driven strategic planning and business decisions.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Product Team while ensuring the highest quality standards and timely project delivery.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product planning, product marketing, sales planning, market intelligence, automotive finance.
• Knowledge of Turkish automotive market, regulations and market dynamics is a must.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage Product team to deliver results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-driven and global environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers and key stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English (both written and verbal).
• Good level of MS Office applications
• Analytical thinking skills
