＜本部署の役割＞
パワートレイン・EV技術開発本部 戦略統括部として競争力のある製品開発のための「開発力向上」をミッションとし、パワートレイン開発内の各部設計者とともにモデルベース開発をリードしていきます。
＜モデルベース開発におけるミッション＞
日産全体としてMBDを推進しており、モデルを推進していく役割と実際に設計し活用していく役割の両方を担っています。ゆくゆくはパワートレインに限らず、すべての車両開発プロセスにモデルを活用して進めていくことが理想です。具体的なアウトプットとしては会社全体としての開発費削減、開発期間短縮というミッションの元、物理現象を検討しモデルとして書き出すことが求められます。
＜職務内容＞
パワートレインのシステム開発をリードしていきます。企画やプロジェクト管理、部品設計、CAE、DXメンバーと協力してシステムの要求から機能/物理のアーキテクチャー構想を推進していきます。階層毎に構想を重ね最後検証完了までの推進、管理を推進していきます。システムズエンジニアリングそのものがまだ発展途上のためBM活動や自分達自身も学習しパワートレインのシステムズエンジニアリング活動の質と実用性を高めていく業務を担って頂きます。

日産パワートレインのSE/MBSE推進は日本の自動車業界の中で比較的早い段階で取り組みを始めたため多くの実績があります。その中で培ったノウハウを学習頂きさらに高める検討を担って頂きます。またパワートレインシステム開発全体に関わることが出来るポジションであるため広範囲の技術を学ぶことが出来ます。社内、社外含めた多くの関係者とのコミュニケーションからSE/MBSEに欠かせない要求管理やアーキテクチャー管理、SysML等多くの事を学ぶことが出来ます。
