＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞ ① 部署や本ポストのミッション 軽自動車からGT-R、ARIYAまで全ての日産車に対して、「他のやらぬことを、やる」というDNAのもと、パワーマネジメント（e-Pedal、ProPILOT、e-4ORCEなど）、サーマルマネジメント、エネルギーマネジメントに関わる様々なパワートレイン制御ソフトウェアの開発を日々行っています。 ② 具体的な職務内容（下記をグローバルな拠点と連携しながら行います。） 1) Matlab・Simulink等を用いたモデルベースでの制御開発 2)シミュレーター(HIL)での検証、実車での走行評価 ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞ ① 仕事の魅力 ・EV / e-POWER、エンジン、トランスミッション、４WD等のパワートレイン制御と、ADAS、シャシーなど車両との協調制御開発を通じて、e-4ORCE、e-Pedal, ProPILOTをはじめとする最先端の技術に携わることができます。 ・様々なパワートレインやクルマにふれながら、業務を進めることができます。 ・海外開発拠点との共同開発を実施しており、グローバルに活躍することができます。 ② 職場の魅力 上司やエキスパートからのサポートがあり、制御システムエンジニアとして成長できます。自分の意見やアイデアを発信し、製品に反映することができます。また、国内外のプロジェクトに携わり、異なる文化やバックグラウンドを持つ人々と交流する機会もあります。これにより、自分自身の視野を広げ、国際的な視点を持つことができます。 ＜登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required＞ ■MUST ・MatlabやSimulinkを用いたシステム開発または制御開発経験をお持ちの方。 ・パワートレインに関する基礎知識を持っている方。 自動車業界経験：あれば尚可/Experience of the car industry：preferred ■TOEIC：600 ■WANT ・自動車業界、自動車関連業界において、エンジンやパワートレイン系の制御、性能開発経験を持っている。 ・英語を用いた業務経験（海外顧客・パートナーとの協業経験） ・開発チームのリーダーとしての経験 自動車業界経験：あれば尚可/Experience of the car industry：preferred ■TOEIC：730 ＜求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image (Personality)＞ ・新たな課題に対して、積極的にチャレンジできる方。 ・困難な局面においても、課題解決に向け粘り強く取り組むことができる方 ・部のメンバーや社内外の関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションがとれる方 ・チームワークを大切にし、周囲の関係者と協調しながら業務を進めることができる方 ・年収レンジ：月次給（ 参考値 ） 230,000円～439,000円 ※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします 想定年収（ 参考値 ） 約410万円～780万円 ・月次給×12か月分+ 賞与（目安値） ・賞与金額は参考値であり、実際の支給時期、金額、支払い条件等については都度決定されます。 ※残業手当等、従業員賃金規則に基づき、別途支給パワートレイン開発（EV/ePower）There are more than 50,000 engineering jobs:
