募集背景/Reason for hiring
次期型車に適用される新規シャシフレームの量産を実現するために、開発部門の早期構想段階から構造や量産課題を抽出し対策を折込みつつ、最適な工程設計をし、量産・立ち上げまで主導できる専門性の高い人材を必要としています。
一方でシャシフレームに関しては立ち上げ経験が不足している背景から、企画から量産適用までを一貫して担い、品質・コスト両面でリーダーシップを発揮して会社に貢献できる人材を募集しています。
職務内容/Main Tasks
新構造/新工法を採用したクルマに対しての、シャシーフレーム工程の以下の業務を行う。
① 製品設計部署と連携した最適な構造の確立と生産要件（標準化）の新規策定及び既存要件の改定
② 量産を考慮した工程設計とそれを実現するための技術開発
