Job Description
＜職務内容＞ 自動車の高性能化や自動運転の流れに伴い、TPMSも進化させる必要があり、次期型車向けに搭載する新規TPMSを、システムから構成部品までのすべての開発を通貫して行います。 １．TPMS機能について、社内他部署と協力して、機能・性能の目標を達成する車両を作りこみます。 ２．ハードウエアも開発対象なので海外を含むサプライヤ工場や日産工場に赴いて品質確保のための取り組みを実施します。 ３．グローバルTier1サプライヤと共同で会社の枠を超えてフラットなコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進めています。 ４．無線通信を司るシステムであるため、実験の現場にも頻繁に出向き、実際に車に乗って測定し、設計に反映させています。 ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）＞ ①職務を通して得られる自己の成長、獲得できるスキル、やりがい タイヤ空気圧警報システム開発を通して、電子、ソフトウェア、半導体、無線、材料等の技術スキル、マネージメントスキルを身に付けることで、さらにグローバルに活躍できる場が広がっていきます。 ②将来的に目指せるキャリア、ポジション 無線システムの第一人者、システム開発リーダー ＜MUST＞ メカトロシステム開発、電子ユニット開発、シャシー部品開発のいずれかの経験を有すること 海外拠点や海外サプライヤとのやり取りにも積極的に取り組む意欲があること 自動車業界経験：あれば尚可 TOEIC：600 ＜WANT＞ ・車両開発、または、シャシー部品としての業務経験 TOEIC：730 ＜求める人物像＞ お客様の立場に立って、車両システムの性能を最適化する意欲があること。 複雑なシステム課題に対して、社内外の関係者と協力して課題解決していくこと。 ・年収レンジ：月次給（ 参考値 ） 230,000円～439,000円 ※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします 想定年収（ 参考値 ） 約410万円～780万円 ・月次給×12か月分+ 賞与（目安値） ・賞与金額は参考値であり、実際の支給時期、金額、支払い条件等については都度決定されます。 ※残業手当等、従業員賃金規則に基づき、別途支給車両計画・車両要素技術開発（車体・内外装・シャシー）There are more than 50,000 engineering jobs:
