募集背景/Reason for hiring
自動車の電動化に伴い、生産技術としてモーター／インバータ／バッテリー等、幅広いユニットに対して最適な構造や製造工程・工法の提案を推進します。魅力的な商品のために、これまでの概念にとらわれず、新構造・新材料・新工法にチャレンジし、具体的な提案まで実行できる人材を募集します。
職務内容/Main Tasksモーター／インバータ／バッテリー等の電動ユニットに関し、自動車業界だけでなく、世の中の新しい技術を取り込み、部品単体から組立までの品質・コスト・投資・生産性の最適化を推進し量産につなげる業務です。
■新ユニット開発の初期段階から、製品に求められる機能・性能を実現する工法の選定、設計仕様への提案
■新規性の高い仕様（構造・材料、工法）における課題把握・解決に向けた各種評価・分析
■新技術の採用に向けた工法技術開発及び量産への適用開発
■過去の常識にとらわれず柔軟にアイデアを出し、将来に向けた新しい技術の創出・提案
ご経験を加味しながら担当業務を決定いたします。
