Job Description

The Head of Program Delivery, Enterprise plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of programs, projects, and product feature delivery across our Enterprise Data, Product & Technology portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Data, Product & Technology Officer – Enterprise, you will bridge product and technology delivery execution at scale. 
 

In this role, you will optimise delivery capabilities, drive the adoption and maturity of agile methodologies at scale, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and manage complex cross-functional dependencies across Data & AI, Platform Engineering, and CRM domains.
 

Day to day you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing cohort of Senior Delivery Managers and Delivery Managers, fostering a collaborative and empowering team culture.
• Lead the delivery planning cadence across multiple portfolios, agile squads, and external vendors to ensure predictable, on-time, and on-budget execution.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate complex interdependencies, risks, and blockers across cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Embed collaborative governance practices between product, engineering, data, and commercial stakeholders to ensure all initiatives deliver maximum value.
• Implement portfolio-level delivery metrics (Scrum/Kanban) and surface insights to support data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Provide clear, transparent updates regarding progress, risks, and portfolio health tailored for audiences ranging from squad engineers to senior executives.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring:

• 8-10+ years in a senior delivery leadership role, ideally within a large-scale digital, media, or fast-paced consumer technology environment.
• Hands-on experience driving scaled agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project management rigor across complex enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex cross-team dependencies, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence diverse technical and business leaders.
• Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring delivery managers, upskilling team capabilities, and building high-performing cultures.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical industry experience. (Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are highly desirable).
