WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented senior professional, Business Planning to help navigate a wealth of data and convert it into actionable insights that drive studio operation excellence and inform data-driven decision-making. This role is critical, as you will create visualizations and reports that support studio daily operation, from inbound tracking, asset readiness, to asset production and post-production status.

The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who connects the dots among different workstreams, and thrives at the intersection of strategy, planning and operations. With a sharp analytical mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for enabling creative excellence, you’ll partner with cross-functional team in Icon SH and Global Icon Studios to ensure ICON.SH operates with precision, efficiency, and innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As Senior Professional, Business Planning, you will:

• Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end studio production workflows and convert business data into actionable insights that drive studio operation excellence.

• Collaborate with various functions across Icon SH studio and Global Icon Studios to gather business requirements and build automated Tableau dashboards that track studio performance and fuel data-driven decision-making.

• Build and maintain data pipelines that integrates data from various source systems into a data warehouse.

• Optimize the speed and accuracy of data models and pipelines to ensure data precision and reliability.

• Conduct data analysis, diagnose problem areas and identify business improvement opportunities.

• Drive process improvement and partner with studio leaders to develop metrics and KPIs to measure success.

• Generate, maintain and enhance weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports to key stakeholders.

• Address ad-hoc requests for data and reporting needs where appropriate

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Reporting to the Head of Business Planning, you’ll work closely with all ICON.SH teams, including Production, Post-Production, Creative, Operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or related field

• 4+ years in Data Visualization with Tableau

• Strong experience with writing simple and complex SQL queries

• Strong experience working with different types of databases (Snowflake, Redshift, Teradata, MS SQL Server, etc.)

• Experience with Microsoft Excel

• Experience in taking a concept or idea working with cross functional teams to bring it to life

• Strong cross team collaboration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals

• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Ability to translate complex data into digestible visualizations

• Self-motivated, results oriented and well organized

• Strong technical reporting and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to learn new tools
