WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our Geo & Marketplace Experiences digital Product team is looking for a Senior Director of Product for Marketplace Partners & Sports Marketing who will bring world-class digital experiences and capabilities to life for our consumers worldwide. We need a leader who will champion the athlete and consumer journeys in all aspects of Nike’s strategies and to better serve members personally, at scale across all Nike and Partner consumer touch points. This person will encourage and partner closely with key leaders across the company to evolve the digital mindset and gain alignment on key technology strategies for Marketplace Partners and Sports Marketing. Additionally, the Senior Director will lead a multi-tiered Product team to deliver outstanding digital products, driving maximum business value and operational efficiencies.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

While leading Marketplace Partners & Sports Marketing, you will partner with

executives across multiple functions to develop a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and to ensure business goals are met and exceeded. You will directly and indirectly lead multiple cross functional teams passionate about priorities based on a solid understanding of consumer needs, insights and an even stronger handle on in- depth data analysis. Above all, you will be a relentless champion for the needs of our partners serving Nike consumers.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Developed and executed large, multi-faceted product deliveries, with a history of

successful launches, across digital platforms globally.

• Drove the goals, strategic direction, and vision for B2B sales organization tools,

consumer digital experiences and capabilities, with a high competence for global

expansion and scale.

• Demonstrated success in consumer relevant product introductions with proven

growth.

• Experienced working and leading large teams inside a sophisticated, matrix

organization, utilizing outstanding relationship building skills and effective

communication across all levels.

• Drove innovation and iterative development process, including identifying

launch approaches with pilots and testing strategies to perfect and scale

product(s) successfully.

• Experience working across all digital platforms (web, mobile/app) and preferably

also B2B digital capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to drive product vision and strategy, aligning with Nike's

overall business objectives and consumer needs.

• Proven track record of leveraging data and insights to make informed product

decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Excellence in cross-functional leadership, fostering collaboration and driving

results across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is preferred

• Experience working in a matrixed environment in a senior-level role

• 10+ years of professional experience in product and/or digital field

• Proven success and experience delivering clear executive level communications-- compelling, high-impact storyteller

• Prior experience in digital consumer experiences is required. Experience with

B2B marketplaces preferred.
