Consumer, Product, Brand & Marketplace Operations (CPBM) exists to serve, enable, and lead Nike’s CPBM team to the future. We drive data and digital capabilities, process and continuous improvement, and excellence in business operations. Our team’s vision is to be outstanding and improve the collective potential of CPBM. CPBM works closely with Nike’s Consumer Teams (Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’) and our Functional Teams (Footwear, Apparel, and Design). These are unique operations roles centered around driving future ways of working for our CPBM community.   

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

Our CPBM Operations team is looking for interns to support our Global Sports Apparel and Product Information Management Teams. We are looking for leaders with experience working in data systems and managing large sets of data, that are comfortable working in ambiguity, that have a team-first mentality and have passion for the brand. Individuals need to be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and be a self-starter while working with multiple cross-functional partners within the product creation process as well as Digital Product Creation.  

Qualifications: 

  • Enrolled in an Undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or Spring 2026 

  • Background in Business, Information Science or related field preferred  

  • 0-2 years work experience 

  • Resume submission (PDF) required  

 

Skills: 

  • Demonstrated experience with data entry and data management 

  • Experience investigating, capturing, and maintaining product data in an information management system or complex database 

  • Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including VLOOKUPs, pivots, and formulas 

  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making skills 

  • Auditing of data and root cause analysis experience preferred 

  • Prior product (footwear, apparel, and equipment) experience is beneficial 

  • Passionate about Nike brand, products and consumers  

 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON 

Interns will work on projects pertaining to the building and maintaining of core product information through various systems in the Product Creation engine. Example projects may include: 

  • Enhancing Operational Efficiency: By analyzing existing workflows, you would work to identifying opportunities to implement streamlined processes leveraging strategic integration of automation, increasing productivity and speed of execution. 

  • Data-Driven Decision: Analyzing and interpreting Nike product data to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that can be used to optimize business outcomes.
