Job Description

• Learning our Entertainment Business.
• Modernization and optimization of existing processes.
• Build and develop intelligent tools for handling and processing our data.
• Ability to familiarize yourself with existing processes and optimize them.
• Ability to independently develop and implement new solutions with the product owners.
• Close collaboration with other teams of the entertainment entity such as data warehouse, web frontend and data scientists.
• Further development of our ETL processes.
• Create, operate and maintain interfaces to other systems.

Qualifications

Experience

• 5 years+ in develop backend services on IBMi platforms.
• 5 years+ in develop in browser-based front applications on IBMi platforms.
• 2 years+ in performance optimization for IBMi DB2 database processes.
• 2 years+ in RPGLE software development with RDi

Skills

Essential:

• Free RPGLE with embedded SQL
• CL Programming
• SQL – Advanced including Stored Procs/Procedural SQL for IBMi DB2
• Profound UI or Profound.js
• Node.js

Highly Useful:

• Knowledge of REST API Creation on IBMi
• Messaging Services (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Knowledge of IBM Websphere Application Server.
