Buscamos um Estagiário para nosso time de Analytics Customer Success, área responsável pelo desenvolvimento de análises de dados e apresentações que aprofundam perspectivas sobre cenários de mercado, oferecendo aos nossos clientes insights e recomendações valiosas para o desenvolvimento e otimização de seus resultados.
Nesta posição o estagiário oferecerá suporte ao time através do apoio em análises e processos, aprendendo e se desenvolvendo ao longo do programa de Estágio, com o foco em assumir uma futura posição efetiva dentro da NIQ. Qualifications
Aprender, dominar e garantir o uso das plataformas analíticas e de comunicação da NielsenIQ como as principais no dia a dia.
Apoiar a equipe nas análises para clientes, utilizando as plataformas analíticas próprias da NielsenIQ.
Monitorar as solicitações internas ou solicitações de clientes, feitas através da plataforma ou por e-mail, garantindo que elas avancem conforme o esperado, dando visibilidade à equipe sobre todos os processos.
Apoiar os processos de fornecimento de informações para os clientes (relatórios, bancos de dados, plataformas analíticas) juntamente com outras áreas da NielsenIQ.
Participar de trilhas de desenvolvimento analítico (treinamentos relacionados ao programa de estágio) e obter as certificações necessárias.
Desenvolver análises menos complexas e apresentá-las internamente para a equipe.
Qualificações
Curso superior em andamento (desejável a partir do 3º ano) em Ciências Econômicas, Economia, Matemática, Marketing, Relações Internacionais, Engenharia ou cursos relacionados.
Fortes habilidades analíticas.
Habilidade em análise numérica.
Interesse em desenvolver carreira em posições de consultoria na NIQ.
Conhecimento intermediário do pacote Office (especialmente Excel).
Espanhol avançado.
